Salary: $125,900—$188,900 CAD

What you will do
- Define and evolve the architecture of legal systems to ensure scalability, cohesion, and adaptability.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions using Claude, Harvey, and internal LLM platforms.
- Develop APIs, automations, and data pipelines to connect Legal tools such as DocuSign CLM, Brightflag, and AODocs.
- Provide technical leadership for eDiscovery and Information Governance workflows.
- Translate experimental AI use cases into production-ready solutions with established patterns and guardrails.
- Leverage Databricks and Snowflake for advanced analytics and AI workflows.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or architecture roles.
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, Codex, and Copilot.
- Expertise in integrating SaaS platforms and APIs.
- Deep experience with ELM/eBilling (Brightflag preferred) and the eDiscovery EDRM lifecycle.
- Experience working with data platforms like Databricks or Snowflake.
