What you will do

• Define and evolve the architecture of legal systems to ensure scalability, cohesion, and adaptability.
• Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions using Claude, Harvey, and internal LLM platforms.
• Develop APIs, automations, and data pipelines to connect Legal tools such as DocuSign CLM, Brightflag, and AODocs.
• Provide technical leadership for eDiscovery and Information Governance workflows.
• Translate experimental AI use cases into production-ready solutions with established patterns and guardrails.
• Leverage Databricks and Snowflake for advanced analytics and AI workflows.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or architecture roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Claude, Codex, and Copilot.
• Expertise in integrating SaaS platforms and APIs.
• Deep experience with ELM/eBilling (Brightflag preferred) and the eDiscovery EDRM lifecycle.
• Experience working with data platforms like Databricks or Snowflake.
