What you will do

• Develop and assemble wind tunnel models in collaboration with the Aero department.
• Investigate and implement new technologies and concepts for parts and procedures.
• Liaise with Model Design, Mechanical Design, and Additive Manufacturing teams to provide parts for testing.
• Manage timelines effectively to ensure the timely delivery of high-class models and parts.
• Maintain a professional image and foster a cohesive, growth-oriented work environment.

Requirements

• Previous automotive experience, ideally within F1.
• Strong understanding of high-quality part manufacture and model assembly techniques.
• Knowledge and appreciation of mechanical systems.
• Flexibility to work weekends and shift patterns to meet project timelines.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines with minimal assistance.
• Availability to work onsite in Milton Keynes and at the wind tunnel facility in Bedford.
