What you will do

• Partner with HRBO leaders and project sponsors to plan, coordinate, and execute global and regional HR initiatives.
• Set up project governance (timelines, milestones, success measures, ownership) and maintain project documentation (action logs, decision registers, governance materials).
• Run project reviews, status updates, steering committee discussions, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, and issues; drive mitigation plans and leadership reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas to support alignment and delivery.
• Lead continuous improvement for HRBO (Eurasia) and support global improvement initiatives using DMAIC, Lean, and A3.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a global matrix environment.
• Proven ability to establish project governance, track milestones, manage risks, and report progress to leadership.
• Experience supporting strategic initiatives, business case development, project planning, resource allocation, and implementation activities.
• Strong continuous improvement experience, including process optimization and structured problem-solving.
• Knowledge of DMAIC, Lean principles, and A3 problem-solving methodologies.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
