What you will do

• Facilitate Scrum events and ensure they are positive, productive, and kept within the timebox.
• Optimize team flow by identifying and removing conflicts using metrics and making all work visible.
• Mitigate risks by identifying and escalating impediments to shield the squad from interruptions.
• Foster and coach Agile team attributes to drive high-performing behaviors and continuous improvement.
• Manage stakeholder collaboration across business units, product teams, and vendors to build trust.
• Ensure data quality and represent the team at required governance forums.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master supporting Agile delivery teams in complex technology environments.
• Experience operating within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), including PI Planning and ART Sync.
• Demonstrated ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage dependencies.
• Experience using Agile metrics and flow-based measures to drive predictability.
• Must be based in Prague.

Nice to have

• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or other SAFe certifications.
• Knowledge of Agile engineering practices, DevOps, CI/CD, and test automation.
• Experience coaching teams through large-scale Agile transformations and organizational change.
• Ability to analyze delivery data to identify opportunities for quality and effectiveness improvements.
