What you will do

• Lead cross-functional and cross-geographical teams to achieve project deliverables and business objectives.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate technical scope definition, including process concepts, specifications, and validation plans.
• Oversee process development, characterization, and testing using DOE and statistical tools.
• Manage project risks, identify gaps, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and design control requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline.
• 5-8 years of engineering experience within manufacturing or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of project or program management experience, preferably in a regulated industry.
• Experience with automated production equipment, DOE methods, and statistical analysis.
• Demonstrated experience in process development, equipment qualification (IQ, OQ, PQ), and design controls.
• Must be based in or able to work from Ballina, Ireland.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a technical field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.
• Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other FDA-regulated environments.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
