Senior Product Designer (Data Platform)

What you will do

• Enhance and simplify key user experiences to improve time-to-value for B2B users.
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system for the Data Platform.
• Visualize the long-term vision of the unified Data Platform.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to conduct user research and design sprints.
• Create and validate high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure seamless design implementation.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design with proficiency in design thinking.
• High proficiency in Figma for design and prototyping.
• Ability to empathize with technical users and design for complex products.
• Experience improving existing frameworks and introducing new design patterns.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• German skills are considered a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS or data-heavy product environments.
• Proven track record of driving team-wide design initiatives.
