What you will do

• Own the complete user experience for native iOS and Android applications, ensuring high-quality customer journeys.
• Identify and validate opportunities where native mobile capabilities provide unique value through research and experimentation.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineers to define product strategy and shape the roadmap.
• Lead discovery activities by testing assumptions and using quantitative and qualitative data to guide design decisions.
• Create innovative mobile experiences while maintaining consistency through scalable design systems.
• Explore and integrate AI-powered tools to improve design workflows and enhance user experiences.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience designing native mobile applications for iOS and Android with a strong shipped portfolio.
• Deep understanding of native interaction patterns, platform conventions, and motion design.
• Proven ability to lead product discovery and navigate ambiguity without predefined roadmaps.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in interpreting product metrics and conducting user research.
• Legal right to work in a European country.
• Excellent English communication skills.
