Salary: $31.00 - $38.50 per hour

What you will do

• Safely pilot autonomous semi-trucks for on-road and closed-course testing.
• Monitor the hirify.global Driver during extended autonomy and maintain constant alertness.
• Log and deliver real-time feedback regarding autonomy and platform performance to engineering teams.
• Escalate operational blockers and suggest potential solutions to improve the product.
• Maintain mandatory certifications and stay current with daily software and operational changes.
• Act as a brand ambassador when interacting with the public.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience driving trucks commercially.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and Interstate Class-A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
• Available to work rotating day and night shifts, including weekends.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Must pass DOT physical and FMCSA randomized drug testing.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Nice to have

• Experience as a truck driver trainer or instructor.
• Truck technician experience.
• Proficiency in G-Suite or command line interface (CLI) experience.
• General aptitude for technology tools, apps, or creative software.
