What you will do

• Own and execute the CRO roadmap for blog and tutorial pages.
• Identify and prioritize conversion opportunities to improve user journeys.
• Optimize layouts, CTAs, page structure, and conversion-focused copy.
• Design and run A/B and multivariate tests to validate hypotheses.
• Analyze test results, document learnings, and implement successful experiments.
• Collaborate with SEO, Brand, Product, and Website teams to align on priorities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in CRO or UX roles.
• Proven experience working with long-form content.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret test data.
• Ability to write or guide conversion-focused copy.
• Strong prioritization skills and ability to manage a roadmap.
• Must be based in Spain.

Nice to have

• Experience in SEO, SaaS, or web hosting industries.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS.
