What you will do
- Improve scaling solutions to support thousands of clusters and applications.
- Ensure platform compliance with security standards like FedRAMP and role-based identity.
- Design and standardize observability architecture for the entire company.
- Enable seamless upgrades for heavy stateful workloads running on the platform.
- Implement new features for APIs, Kubernetes operators, and internal tooling.
Requirements
- Must be based in Brazil.
- Proficiency with Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies.
- 6+ years of development experience in platform tools and systems.
- Strong proficiency in Golang or C#.
- BSc/MSc in a related field or equivalent experience.
