TL;DR
Lead Life Cycle Engineer (Network): Driving end-to-end network lifecycle transformation across Global Services with an accent on service resilience, architecture standardization, and operational efficiency. Focus on acting as the highest technical authority (L4) for complex network environments, leading continuous improvement initiatives, and bridging post-sales, delivery, and operations.
Location: Must be based in Rio de Janeiro or Sao Paulo, Brazil (Hybrid role with up to 2 days/week work from home).

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end lifecycle ownership of network services from design through deployment and optimization.
- Act as the technical SME and L4 escalation point for complex network environments.
- Drive solution design validation, standardization, and deployment governance.
- Support post-sales engagements by translating business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Develop and execute Service Improvement Plans (SIPs) to enhance network performance and reliability.
- Mentor engineering teams to build technical excellence across lifecycle domains.
Requirements
- English: Resume must be submitted in English.
- Proven experience in network architecture and transformation (SD-WAN, IP/MPLS, security).
- Deep expertise in network technologies including routing, switching, and cloud networking.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, and service improvement).
- Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end lifecycle management in complex, multi-vendor environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Advanced certifications such as CCIE or CCNP.
- Experience in aviation, telecom, or managed network services.
- Exposure to automation, AI-driven operations, or network analytics tools.
- Knowledge of digital transformation initiatives and service optimization frameworks.
