In-Home Registered Nurse (Pediatrics)

Salary: $44/hr - $48/hr

What you will do

• Travel to patient homes and community settings to provide episodic and urgent pediatric care.
• Perform clinical procedures including IV placement, lab draws, wound care, and medication administration.
• Collaborate with an integrated care team of physicians, social workers, and therapists.
• Flex into virtual acute care nursing to conduct assessments and manage urgent needs.
• Document care in the EMR and communicate with families via proprietary platforms.
• Provide patient and family education to ensure coordinated, culturally responsive care.

Requirements

• Active TN RN license required (compact license preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required.
• Current residence in or around Nashville area required.
• Minimum 3+ years of pediatric nursing experience, including high-acuity settings.
• Current PALS and BLS certifications.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to drive long distances.

Nice to have

• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Experience in pediatric emergency medicine (1-2 years).
• EMS (EMT/P) experience.
• 2+ years of pediatric home care experience.
