What you will do

• Execute customer-requested changes to website content, structure, and imagery.
• Utilize AI tools to rewrite and adjust copy for professional quality and SEO alignment.
• Optimize layouts and navigation to ensure an intuitive user journey.
• Maintain brand identity by curating visual elements and color schemes.
• Perform rigorous quality assurance checks to ensure full responsiveness and functionality.

Requirements

• Must be based in Central or South America.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proven experience in web design, content editing, or digital asset curation.
• Ability to work 8 hours per day, 5 days per week, including one weekend day.
• Proficiency or high adaptability in using AI generation and editing tools.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices and web design standards.

Nice to have

• Degree or certification in Web Design, UI/UX, or Marketing.
• Prior experience in customer service or support ticketing.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
