What you will do
- Manage the day-to-day editorial calendar for Al Aire Libre, aligning local planning with central strategy and traffic targets.
- Supervise the workflow of local editorial contributors and freelance writers, ensuring quality and deadlines.
- Monitor key performance indicators (traffic, engagement, search visibility) using Google Analytics, Search Console, and Looker Studio.
- Implement and oversee SEO best practices, including headline writing, metadata, and keyword optimization.
- Integrate value-adding AI-led and AI-assisted content into the editorial workflow.
- Act as the primary communication link between the Chilean editorial team and the global headquarters.
Requirements
- Native-level Spanish speaker with excellent written and editorial skills.
- Working proficiency in English for effective communication with international teams.
- Excellent knowledge of Chilean football, including domestic leagues, clubs, and the media landscape.
- Previous experience coordinating editorial teams or managing digital content operations.
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and digital publishing workflows.
- Experience using analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Search Console, or Looker Studio.
