Salary: $71,586 – $84,219 per year

What you will do

• Operate heavy equipment including cranes, side-loaders, forklifts, and hostler trucks.
• Assist with loading and unloading containers and trailers on railcars and chassis.
• Manage interbox connectors, container pedestals, and trailer hitches.
• Communicate with management using on-board computer systems.
• Perform yard duties including railcar spotting and chassis management.
• Maintain a safety-sensitive environment by adhering to all federal and state regulations.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship now and in the future.
• Must be based in or able to commute to Memphis, TN.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• Ability to work full-time (40 hrs/wk) including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call 24/7.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform physical tasks like lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background verification, medical review, and drug screen.
