What you will do

• Calculate and validate commissions for 400+ employees in Sales and CS using approved plans and rules.
• Analyze commission plan performance to assess whether they drive intended business behaviors and recommend changes.
• Track and manage quota assignments, identifying coverage gaps and partnering with Sales Ops and HR.
• Reconcile source data across CRM, HR, and the commission system to ensure accuracy.
• Configure and maintain compensation plans and crediting rules within the commission system.
• Own the end-to-end process for investigating and resolving commission payout disputes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 4+ years of experience in commissions, revenue operations, FP&A, accounting, or payroll.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience managing large-scale commission programs in high-growth environments.
• Experience with NetSuite, CIQ, and Salesforce is preferred.
