Location: Hybrid working in Dublin, Ireland (Grand Canal Plaza)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute category plans aligned with business and supplier strategies.
  • Lead sourcing activities, including supplier selection and negotiation tactics.
  • Identify and deliver cost-saving opportunities via contract optimization and operational efficiencies.
  • Conduct risk assessments to manage supply chain resilience within the category.
  • Negotiate contracts and implement procurement frameworks and procedures.
  • Present sourcing strategies and recommendations to senior leadership including CEO, CFO, and CPO.

Requirements

  • Strong procurement knowledge and commercial acumen.
  • Strategic mindset with a proactive, self-starter approach.
  • Excellent attention to detail in pricing and contract negotiations.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Dublin, Ireland

Nice to have

  • Experience in understanding and negotiating complex contract terms.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and exploring new technologies.
  • Experience managing complex sourcing scenarios and delivering against key metrics.
