What you will do

• Manage inventory levels and stock parameters for maintenance and operational equipment.
• Maintain high standards of safety, security, and organization within the maintenance stores.
• Process procurement documentation and ensure replenishment complies with finance and audit requirements.
• Conduct regular cyclical stock counts to verify inventory accuracy.
• Support the Asset Care team with maintenance projects, ramp driving, and snow and ice plan implementation.
• Record all goods and stock movements accurately within Oracle and CMMS systems.

Requirements

• Must hold and maintain a full, clean Category B driving licence.
• Willingness to achieve Category C driving licence qualification.
• Previous experience in stock take or inventory management is a distinct advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Oracle, and CMMS systems is desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to establish positive relationships with stakeholders and provide excellent customer service.
