What you will do

• Manage and coordinate the full lifecycle of international relocation processes for client employees.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for expatriates, providing advice on relocation policies, benefits, and entitlements.
• Oversee supplier relationships for essential services including immigration, tax, and temporary housing.
• Ensure seamless communication with clients via phone and email throughout the relocation journey.
• Provide guidance on cross-cultural and language training to support successful international assignments.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Dundalk, Ireland.
• Proven experience in customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Adaptable, assertive, and creative approach to problem-solving.
• Keen interest in cultural awareness and global mobility.

Nice to have

• Previous experience with international assignments or living/working abroad.
• Degree in Business or a related field.
