What you will do

• Analyze alerts to detect and prevent market misconduct in a timely manner.
• Design and develop models to enhance surveillance coverage for conduct risk and market manipulation.
• Perform ad-hoc reviews of trading activity to identify high-risk behaviors and resolve issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and product teams to compile analysis and share findings.
• Monitor regulatory, business, and market structure changes to improve surveillance performance.
• Identify areas of concern and escalate abnormal activity to senior management and product heads.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in financial services compliance, regulatory bodies, or exchanges.
• Strong functional knowledge of trade surveillance and exception-based monitoring.
• Substantial knowledge of financial and trading regulatory frameworks.
• Deep understanding of financial markets and trading.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in Asia (Onsite or Remote)

Nice to have

• Knowledge of digital asset product and market structure.
• Proficiency in Tableau, Python, and SQL.
