What you will do

• Take editorial leadership of original podcast projects from concept to launch.
• Manage end-to-end production processes to ensure high-quality delivery on tight deadlines.
• Identify and manage on- and off-air talent while maintaining strong industry relationships.
• Create and optimize video content, including daily social clips and full-length interviews.
• Contribute to long-term planning, performance analysis, and creative strategy development.

Requirements

• Significant experience (5+ years) as a producer of podcasts or live radio.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Audition and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Deep understanding of social media platforms and video optimization for audience growth.
• Proven ability to manage talent and work effectively to focused briefs.
• In-depth knowledge of the UK podcast landscape and commercial industry trends.

Nice to have

• Experience with Adobe After Effects.
• Technical knowledge of vision mixers, playout systems, and streaming hardware.
