🚀 Head of DevOps | Jerusalem
A global FinTech company developing ultra-low latency trading and market data solutions for the world's leading banks and hedge funds is looking for a Head of DevOps.
Responsibilities
✔ Lead and grow a global DevOps team
✔ Transform a manual text-based configuration process into a semi-automated, scalable solution
✔ Oversee version control, configuration management, and infrastructure automation
✔ Recruit, train, and manage the DevOps team
✔ Work closely with Engineering, QA, and Client Delivery teams
Requirements
✔ 7+ years of DevOps/SRE experience
✔ 5+ years in a leadership role
✔ Git, SVN, Linux
✔ Python
✔ Experience managing mission-critical production systems
✔ Excellent English
