What you will do

• Manage the DevOps team lead, setting technical direction, priorities, and performance standards.
• Own multi-cloud infrastructure, including provisioning, scaling, and cost governance.
• Drive CI/CD processes and deployment reliability to ensure efficient software delivery.
• Operate and enhance security monitoring platforms (SIEM, SOAR) and incident response workflows.
• Lead audit readiness and compliance efforts for frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001.
• Manage R&D infrastructure budgets and report on spend and priorities to leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Platform Engineering, including experience managing managers.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Security Operations or Security Engineering in a cloud-native SaaS environment.
• Deep expertise in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and modern CI/CD tooling.
• Solid understanding of security tooling and compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST.
• Proven track record of owning incident response and observability end-to-end.
