What you will do

• Own and continuously improve the CRM ecosystem, primarily HubSpot and Planhat.
• Design, build, and maintain automations using Make or similar workflow platforms.
• Manage integrations across CRM, telephony, and business-critical systems.
• Administer and optimize the software stack for Product and Operations teams.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and eliminate manual tasks.
• Partner with Engineering to define technical requirements and deliver new capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
• Proven track record of owning business processes from discovery to implementation.
• Proficiency in building automations using Make, Zapier, n8n, or Workato.
• Solid understanding of software integrations and APIs.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Experience with software budget management and vendor negotiations.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Planhat.
• Background in leading CRM or business systems migrations.
• Exposure to SaaS or EdTech environments.
