What you will do

• Design and implement custom CRM system architectures and detailed designs tailored for banks and credit unions.
• Analyze client business processes to identify requirements and opportunities for CRM optimization.
• Automate repetitive tasks and develop workflows to streamline operations and enhance customer engagement.
• Develop training materials and lead workshops to ensure smooth system adoption and provide post-go-live support.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure on-time delivery.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the growth of the company's CRM practice.

Requirements

• Degree in Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 5+ years of CRM consulting and implementation experience.
• Must be based in Canada.
• Technical understanding of APIs, data models, objects, field mapping, and integrations.
• Proven experience working directly with external customers in a professional consulting environment.
• Valid CRM Certification.
