A huge milestone for Plata — we've officially received our banking license in Colombia!
This brings us one step closer to launching Banco Plata in a new market, and we're now growing the teams that will help build it.
We're currently hiring two Business Analysts who will play a key role in shaping our products and internal processes in Colombia:
🔹 [Customer Care]— 1–2 years of BA experience, technical degree, strong analytical mindset, English B2+
🔹 [Antifraud] — 2-4 years of fintech experience, product mindset, APIs & integrations, English B2+
For both roles, it’s important to be close to the product, local stakeholders, and the market we’re building for — so both positions require relocation to Bogotá.
