What you will do

• Supervise construction phases including civil, mechanical, and electrical/instrumentation works.
• Coordinate site personnel and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project schedules.
• Verify compliance of delivered materials and manage logistics documentation.
• Act as the responsible person for site safety and report performance metrics.
• Collaborate with project teams and technical specialists to resolve site-specific technical challenges.
• Provide regular construction discipline progress reports to management.

Requirements

• Mechanical or Electrical Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager for construction projects.
• Proven experience in contract and subcontractor coordination.
• Strong knowledge of Italian construction and safety regulations.
• Fluent English proficiency.
• Experience in site-technical office roles overseeing mechanical and electrical activities.
