Site Manager (EPC Project Renewable Gas)

Location: Bolzano, Italy; on-site construction role.

Salary: €50,000 gross per year minimum, with final compensation based on level, skills, experience, and qualifications.

What you will do

• Supervise the construction of anaerobic digestion plants across civil, mechanical, and electrical/instrumentation phases.
• Coordinate site personnel and subcontractors, plan installation activities, and monitor project schedules and costs.
• Verify delivered materials, storage and preservation conditions, documentation, and coordination with logistics.
• Act as the responsible person on site for safety performance and issue reporting.
• Collaborate with PEMs, technical specialists, project teams, and technical departments to resolve site issues and complete technical activities.
• Coordinate site quality control and provide construction progress reports.

Requirements

• Mechanical or electrical diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Site Manager on construction projects.
• Experience coordinating contracts and subcontractors.
• Experience overseeing mechanical BOP and electrical activities from a site technical office.
• Knowledge of Italian construction and safety regulations.
• Fluent English.
