Consulting & Design Intern

TL;DR

Consulting & Design Intern (Consulting): Supporting the Consulting and Design team with the creation of technical drawings and project documentation with an accent on report preparation and design processes. Focus on developing professional skills in a consulting environment and ensuring accurate project record-keeping.

Location: Remote (Must be a U.S. Person for ITAR compliance)

Salary: $18.00 per hour

What you will do

• Prepare and revise technical drawings, layouts, and project documents under guidance.
• Support the development of reports and assessments by gathering and organizing project information.
• Maintain accurate project records, documentation, and filing systems.
• Perform data entry, research, and document review to support ongoing projects.
• Communicate professionally with team members and stakeholders regarding project updates.
• Assist with administrative and project-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a college or university program.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) to comply with ITAR export controls.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with drafting or design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or Bluebeam.
