What you will do

• Lead the Security Culture & Engagement function and execute a holistic strategy for security awareness and accountability.
• Design and deliver innovative education programs to drive measurable improvements in security behaviors.
• Establish and maintain a security champions network to promote secure practices across business units.
• Develop targeted communications and gamified learning experiences, including AI-enabled tools.
• Manage phishing simulation programs to strengthen resilience against social engineering threats.
• Use behavioral metrics and data insights to assess and continuously improve program effectiveness.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in cyber security awareness, security culture, organizational change, or L&D.
• Proven success in delivering enterprise-wide engagement and behavioral change programs.
• Strong understanding of cyber security threats with the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
• Experience using behavioral data and metrics to demonstrate program value.
• Exceptional communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in or able to work hybridly from Australia Plains, ACT
