What you will do

• Operate and enhance insider risk detection capabilities using UEBA, DLP, CASB, EDR, and SIEM platforms.
• Develop analytics, detection rules, and investigative playbooks to identify data exfiltration, fraud, and policy violations.
• Lead complex insider threat investigations, including evidence collection, timeline reconstruction, and case management.
• Correlate technical indicators with business risk signals, such as employee lifecycle events and physical access records.
• Produce defensible investigation reports and executive briefings for legal, audit, and compliance audiences.
• Drive proactive risk reduction through policy reviews and behavioral change strategies.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in insider threat, cybersecurity operations, threat hunting, or digital forensics.
• Proficiency in security monitoring platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, or CrowdStrike.
• Experience with security analytics and query languages like KQL, SPL, or SQL.
• Knowledge of evidence handling and chain of custody processes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills for collaboration with HR, Legal, and Privacy functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Certifications such as Security+, CySA+, GCIH, GCFA, GCFE, CISM, or CIPM.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview Insider Risk Management or Google Workspace auditing.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, SOX, or PCI DSS frameworks.
• Scripting and automation experience using PowerShell or Python.
