Location: Hybrid (London) — 3 days in the office and 2 from home

What you will do

• Design high-impact new business pitch decks, credentials presentations, workshop materials, and award submissions.
• Create presentation systems, templates, and visual frameworks for agency-wide use.
• Collaborate with Strategy, Creative, and Leadership teams to develop pitch narratives and storytelling structures.
• Elevate presentations through strong typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and design craft.
• Develop presentation assets including mockups, visualisations, and social campaign examples.
• Ensure polished, accurate delivery of presentations under tight deadlines.

Requirements

• Strong experience designing presentations, pitch decks, or strategic documents.
• Expert knowledge of Google Slides and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Experience working in agency environments, particularly in new business or creative roles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
• Must be based in or able to commute to the London office for hybrid work.
