What you will do

• Design high-performing Java-based services within a complex system landscape.
• Implement modern solutions using Springboot and Hibernate.
• Develop new technology stacks while maintaining existing legacy systems.
• Oversee software projects from initial draft through to production deployment.
• Create software architecture documentation and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Coach and mentor junior team members through code and design reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 3-6 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Springboot, and Hibernate.
• Solid SQL and database knowledge.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Git, and Maven.
• Ability to build CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and basic Linux knowledge.
• English: Good knowledge (B2) required for communication within a multicultural team.
