What you will do

• Build and shape a secure, highly available platform focusing on clean and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with product and UX teams to design and implement technical solutions.
• Take full ownership of features from the initial problem definition through to production.
• Participate in open discussions regarding technical trade-offs and quality standards.
• Dedicate 10% of working time to learning and personal projects.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Java and its ecosystem.
• Proficiency with Spring, SQL, and GitLab.
• Experience with build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
• Solid fundamentals in testing, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and conversation within an international team.
