What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for I&C, LSS, and Security systems in major semiconductor construction projects.
• Assess project feasibility and develop detailed scopes through field walks and collaboration with operations partners.
• Serve as the Owner's representative to provide technical guidance and resolve issues during detailed design and construction.
• Manage the performance of architectural and engineering design consultants and vendors.
• Define design criteria, lead scope justification, and oversee the completion of programming and detailed design.
• Coordinate with estimators to ensure costs are captured and project budgets are maintained.

Requirements

• BS degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or a relevant technical field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the design and construction of process systems.
• 5+ years of work experience in production facilities or industrial manufacturing plants.
• Knowledge of PLC-based control system architecture, specifically Rockwell Automation / Allen-Bradley and Siemens PCS 7.
• Experience with instrumentation such as flowmeters, pressure transmitters, and control valves.
• Proficiency in interpreting engineering documentation including P&IDs, Sequence of Operations, and Design Standards.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ATEX and EPD requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
