About the Role

You will work on greenfield development and improve existing systems. You will build REST APIs and microservices that support card payments, treasury management, transaction booking, and crypto liquidity. You will develop backend services using Java, PostgreSQL, and Spring Boot, applying clean-code practices, test-driven development, domain-driven design, and continuous integration and delivery.

Requirements

• Demonstrable backend development experience with fluency in Java
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or another Engineering or Science discipline
• English fluency, verbal and written
• Track record of building complex products used by millions of people in hypergrowth startups

Responsibilities

• Develop greenfield systems and improve existing systems
• Build REST APIs
• Engineer microservices
• Evolve systems for card payments, treasury management, transaction booking, and crypto liquidity
• Develop backend services using Java and PostgreSQL
• Apply clean code, test-driven development, domain-driven design, and continuous integration and delivery
