What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services for digital banking platforms.
• Lead backend testing activities, including performance, unit, integration, and API testing.
• Integrate AI-powered tools into daily development and delivery workflows.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from implementation to operational support.
• Work within a cross-functional agile team in the Warsaw hub.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Backend Developer (Regular to Senior level).
• Proficiency in Java 21+, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot 3.4, Spring WebFlux, and Hibernate.
• Experience with test automation tools such as JUnit5, Cucumber, and WireMock.
• Knowledge of Git, Maven, Jenkins, Oracle DB/DB2/SQL, and Splunk.
• Fluent English is essential for daily communication in an international environment.

Nice to have

• Frontend development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, or Angular 2+.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Playwright, qTest, and Gherkin.
• ISTQB Foundation certification.
