What you will do

• Partner with Retail Operations to manage, analyze, and forecast store wages and cost-per-hour drivers.
• Provide financial leadership and strategic recommendations to the Dan Murphy’s Cellar leadership team to boost sales and profitability.
• Collaborate with the 'Simpler For Stores' team to optimize operational labor impacts.
• Automate existing workflows and develop dashboards to identify risks and opportunities in the Cost of Doing Business (CODB).
• Manage month-end processes, journals, and budgeting for state operations cost centers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive commercial finance experience, preferably in retail or FMCG.
• Advanced data modeling skills with experience in SAP, GCP, TeamOne, IBM, or Excel.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate financial data into operational actions.
• Proactive approach with high attention to detail.
• CA/CPA qualification is preferred.
