What you will do

• Lead and grow a team of security specialists to manage daily security operations, threat intelligence, and incident response.
• Define and execute the long-term security strategy, including technology, people, and process frameworks.
• Partner with engineering teams to implement pragmatic cloud and application security solutions.
• Manage third-party vendor security risk, assessments, and due diligence.
• Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to ensure adherence to financial regulatory obligations.
• Report security status and progress to senior leadership and governance forums.

Requirements

• Must be based in Europe
• Strong background managing security teams in a tech or agile corporate environment.
• Broad expertise across security operations, cloud/infrastructure security, application security, and GRC.
• Proven experience in incident response, security monitoring, and threat intelligence.
• In-depth technical knowledge of securing cloud environments (e.g., AWS) and modern endpoints.
• Experience working with risk and compliance functions in a regulated industry.
