What you will do

• Attend news conferences and conduct interviews in live and recorded environments.
• Produce original stories, explainers, and analysis for linear, digital, and social platforms.
• Build and maintain a network of contacts to secure exclusive news.
• Develop strong relationships with assigned football clubs.
• Collaborate with editors and the planning team to meet tight deadlines.
• Cover a wide range of sports with authority and editorial accuracy.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
• Experience delivering content in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong live reporting, interview, and writing skills.
• Understanding of editorial standards and the Ofcom Broadcasting Code.
• Willingness to work flexible and unsociable hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Ability to travel outside of London when required.
