What you will do

• Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all key milestones are achieved.
• Prepare accurate construction estimates, quotations, and costings while monitoring budgets.
• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings to support execution.
• Source and coordinate the procurement of building materials, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Maintain project documentation, track progress, and manage variations or change requests.
• Implement risk mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Construction Project Management for residential or commercial projects.
• Proven experience in preparing construction estimates and quotations.
• Proficiency in Premier Software, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
• Professional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to adhere to the Melbourne time zone schedule.
