Salary: 21,500 – 35,000 AED

What you will do
- Assess customer risk and identify potential financial crime risks during the client onboarding process.
- Analyze complex ownership structures, including trusts, foundations, and layered corporate entities.
- Evaluate risks related to virtual assets, blockchain ecosystems, and cryptocurrency business models.
- Perform sanctions, PEP, adverse media, and reputational screening.
- Develop user requirements and test cases for automated client onboarding systems and identify process weaknesses.
- Act as a subject matter expert for high-risk accounts and contribute to the formulation of internal compliance policies.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in Banking within Compliance, Branch, or Operations departments.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Business Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong understanding of local and international KYC and customer onboarding regulations.
- Deep knowledge of FinCrime risks associated with the UAE market.
