What you will do

• Define roadmaps, goals, and milestones for incoming technology transfer.
• Establish flow, procedures, and equipment configurations for the module.
• Extract insights from large volumes of data using SQL, Python, and statistics.
• Drive low yield analysis and implement continuous improvement programs to prevent excursions.
• Perform quality and reliability risk assessments for manufacturing materials and process changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Chemistry, or Physics.
• At least 5 years of experience in Assembly and Test or semiconductor processing.
• Proficiency in writing scripts for data extraction and analysis (SQL, Python, Perl, JSL).
• Demonstrated track record of problem-solving and leadership within high-performing team cultures.

Nice to have

• Expertise in Model-based problem solving and data analytics for integrated yield issues.
• Deep knowledge of assembly data from process and metrology tools.
• Experience with yield prediction methodologies and design for yield principles.
