What you will do

• Drive various customer engagements for multiple IP product lines with customer-specific feature sets.
• Independently resolve a wide range of complex technical issues in creative ways.
• Analyze multiple program directions and communicate their impact at the overall customer engagement level.
• Collaborate within a team environment to deliver high-quality IP solutions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18-20 years of experience in CMOS SerDes, ADC, or high-speed I/O IC design and development.
• Solid technical background in IP design and verification.
• Thorough understanding of jitter and signal equalization techniques.
• Proficiency in designing circuit blocks including Driver, Receiver, Serializer, Deserializer, PLL, and Voltage Regulators.
• Experience in direct customer-facing roles with strong technical communication skills.
