What you will do

• Act as a technical advisor and consultant for enterprise prospects and customers to drive value-based solutioning.
• Partner with Account Executives to discover and qualify solutions that ensure strong ROI for customers.
• Architect and create generative AI experiences tailored for end users.
• Develop custom demonstrations using the Decagon platform based on specific customer needs.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders, including C-level decision makers and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of customer-facing experience in a pre-sales engineering role.
• Proven ability to architect generative AI experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Functional understanding of GTM systems and workflows.
• Must be based in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, or Norway.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of specialized AI sales engineering experience.
• Experience working within a high-growth startup environment.
