What you will do
- Architect a reusable enterprise Agentic AI platform including runtime, orchestration, context management, and memory.
- Develop an Agent Harness featuring Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration.
- Define Golden Paths to standardize AI agent development and deployment across the organization.
- Build a model-agnostic AI runtime supporting multiple LLM providers and AI gateways.
- Collaborate with infrastructure teams on Kubernetes, GPU platforms, and cloud-native AI infrastructure.
- Establish enterprise AI governance covering policy enforcement, security, and cost optimization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing cloud-native platforms or enterprise software architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen.
- Strong Python software engineering skills.
- Expertise in Kubernetes, containers, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
- Must be based in Barcelona, Spain (Hybrid).
Nice to have
- Experience with LiteLLM, OpenRouter, NVIDIA NIM, vLLM, or Triton Inference Server.
- Knowledge of LLMOps, AI governance, and model lifecycle management.
- Experience with RAG, vector databases, and semantic search.
- Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or Langfuse.
