• Develop Kiro, a frontier AI coding agent that handles development tasks end-to-end.
• Orchestrate AI workflows across dozens of models and build intelligent routing.
• Design and implement a context layer to enhance agent understanding of projects.
• Build scalable AI infrastructure using distributed systems and real-time streaming.
• Own critical systems and define the technical direction for new capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in design or architecture of new and existing systems.
• Experience developing distributed software using C#, C++, Java, or Perl.
• Proficiency in Object Oriented Design.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Location: Must be based in Seattle, WA.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle (SDLC) experience.
