Senior Imagery Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Provide quality assurance reviews of annotated geospatial imagery.
• Train and mentor junior annotators on industry best practices.
• Identify systemic annotation issues and implement corrective actions.
• Validate annotation accuracy for bounding boxes, segmentation, and center points.
• Collaborate with program managers and AI engineers to align data output with model requirements.
• Develop and maintain annotation guidelines and quality control SOPs.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and active TS/SCI security clearance are mandatory.
• 7+ years of imagery analysis experience supporting IC missions.
• Experience with EO/SAR imagery analysis and geospatial data annotation.
• Proficiency with Electronic light table tools such as Remote View or SOCET.
• Extensive Order-Of-Battle (OOB) knowledge across air, sea, and ground equipment.
• Proven track record of leadership and mentoring junior analysts.

Nice to have

• Completion of NGA College GEOINT Imagery Analyst training.
• Familiarity with automated quality metrics or annotation pipelines.
• Basic scripting skills using Python or Jupyter.
• Experience developing team workflows and SOPs.
