What you will do

• Lead customer projects within SAP HCM on-premise components, specifically focusing on Payroll Germany (PY-DE).
• Analyze customer environments to create process documents, technical conceptions, and blueprints.
• Perform system-side implementation of requirements, including customizing and managing payroll schemas and cycles.
• Support all project lifecycle phases, from initial design and prototyping to final roll-out.
• Assume partial project management responsibilities for smaller teams at customer sites.

Requirements

• University degree and several years of professional experience in SAP HCM (PY).
• Deep knowledge of collective agreement regulations for remuneration, tax, and social security law.
• Expertise in SAP-specific schemas, cycles, and characteristics.
• Experience with project management and consulting methodologies.
• Business fluent German and fluent English.
• Must be based in Germany.
