What you will do

• Own growth strategy and execution across TV, Audio, Influencer, and Direct Mail channels.
• Manage significant media budgets to cost-effectively grow the customer base and hit growth targets.
• Lead, mentor, and grow an in-house team of channel managers, growth marketers, and analysts.
• Direct embedded agency partnerships to drive efficient growth and ensure accountability.
• Establish a continuous test-and-learn roadmap for creatives, copy, and landing page performance.
• Analyze attribution modeling and deliver actionable performance readouts to executive leadership.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of hands-on multi-channel digital performance marketing experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading performance channel specialists.
• Hands-on fluency in TV (linear, streaming, sf/drtv), Audio, Influencers, and Direct/Shared Mail.
• Background in D2C subscription, e-commerce, or similar considered-purchase environments.
• Strong business KPI acumen (CPA, CAC, LTV:CAC, Payback, Churn).
• Proficiency with Tableau, Hex, Invoca, Innovid, and media platforms like iSpot and Claritas.
