TL;DR
BI Developer (SQL/Tableau): Building scalable dashboards and reporting solutions for global iGaming, lottery, and sports betting operations with an accent on business requirements, data quality, and actionable insights. Focus on designing reports, optimizing reporting processes, supporting regulatory reporting, and applying AI-powered tools to improve analytics workflows.
Location: Malta-based hybrid role in the Msida office, with three days per week required in office.
Salary: €40,000–€52,000 per year

What you will do
- Design and develop dashboards and reports that turn complex data into actionable business insights.
- Work with stakeholders across Insights, Acquisition, Retention, Player Management, Operations, Finance, and Machine Learning to understand reporting and analytics needs.
- Build scalable reporting solutions and monitor and improve data quality.
- Optimize existing reporting processes and support regulatory reporting and ad hoc analysis.
- Contribute ideas and adopt new technologies, including AI-powered tools, to improve BI development and reporting workflows.
Requirements
- Experience in business intelligence, BI development, or a similar analytics role.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
- Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
- Experience with modern cloud-based data platforms, ideally Databricks.
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear, user-friendly reporting solutions.
- Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, ownership, and attention to detail.

- Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments.
- Interest in using AI tools to improve analytics, reporting, and development workflows.
